One fillet of Secret Smokehouse’s London Oak Smoked Salmon is enough for 10-12 people as a starter. The salmon can be cut H or D-cut , please specify in the notes when making your order. D-cut sliced offers easier preparation —a superb option if you’re using it for multiple breakfasts or meals throughout the week. Vertically sliced enhances the natural taste and texture of the fish.
